What We Do

Ideas that Lead to New Actions

About

insium is an organisation committed to building strong and collaborative partnerships

After a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry and then as a senior consultant with a number of corporate learning and development organisations, Dina Pozzo established insium in 2005. In Friulano, the language of the people of the Friuli region of northern Italy, the verb “to dream” is “insium”; a word that conveys the ideas of hope, vision and inspiration; of wisdom and learning; and also of sharing stories, experiences and ideas. In the ten years that have followed, insium has succeeded in building strong and collaborative partnerships with its clients; working closely with them to clearly define and deliver on organisational priorities and strategies.
“Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.” Gloria Steinem

insium’s experience across a range of diverse industries—FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, finance, manufacturing, biotechnology, insurance, professional services, business-to-business—has enabled us to develop innovative, robust and effective offerings for our clients. We employ innovative techniques and activities to appeal to a wide variety of styles and to ensure that participants in our programs are fully engaged—utilising all their senses in the process.

Inform

The aim of this first phase is to gain buy-in and build commitment from all stakeholders to the desired changes. Key activities in this phase may include: data gathering from diverse stakeholders; agreement of measurement criteria; completion of pre-workshop exercises by participants such as reading, real “case-studies”, self and/or multi-rater assessments, reflection exercises.

Innovate

The aim of this second phase is to provide the necessary opportunities—skills and processes—to achieve success. Key activities may include: workshop design and development; workshop facilitation; 1:1 and/or group organisational coaching; mentoring.

This 3-phased journey has consistently proven to result in sustained learning and behavioural change, maintaining the desired outcomes achieved during the initiative.

Inspire

The aim of this final phase is to ensure sustainability of learning and desired change. Activities may include: action implementation; communication of outcomes to stakeholders; readings and reminders; projects; knowledge capture; internal mentoring and alumni; feedback and measurement; recognition and celebration.
