It is with excitement and anticipation that insium is launching “Leading with Courage,” an initiative aimed precisely at building the courage reserves of Australia.
We’ve been on a courageous journey to date – it all started with completing my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne; it took us to Montreal to launch our program at the 5th World Congress of Positive Psychology; found us in Peru (virtually) with participants exploring one component of our program and brings us here.

What are we up to in the new year?:
- We're interviewing a number of leaders in the field of courage as well as courageous leaders; these interviews will be available on our website
